Went in for a parking brake adjustment. They let me know up front what could potentially be involved which I appreciated. Left the car with them most of a full day so they could fit it in on their schedule, they communicated with me and let me know about when they expected to have it in and be done. Parking brake adjustment went smoothly, and has never felt this secure.

I had my engine replaced at another shop and they didn’t do so well to say the least. Silver lake went through everything in great detail to determine the issue and had solutions for the issues. Communication was amazing, I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Truck is running great now!
