I had a great experience recently at Silverlake Automotive. I had several issues I needed addressed to get my 2016 Ram 2500 back in good running condition. Brady was my service advisor and he provided me with a geat option I wasn't even aware of for one of the issues. The team handled all the items for a reasonable cost (I had made some other calls to service providers for estimates so I know the cost were reasonable) I appreciate their good customer service and willingness to work with me on some labor charges for some work items that had overlapping efforts. They seem like a good choice for a local repair shop if you are ready to try something other than the dealers. I'll be back for sure.
