My 80 year old mother's car broke down just a couple of blocks from Silverlake Auto in Post Falls. As it turns out, this was a total Blessing because not only were they able to make the repairs in one day, their pricing was fair with no hidden surprises upon pick-up. They took note of minor issues to consider resolving in the future but there was not pressure or scare tactics she had experienced at other repair shops. This is definitely a 5 Star Auto Repair Company !!!

Great customer service and professional

Had an appointment for an oil change - they took my car in on time and it was done in a timely manner! I also had a huge crack in my windshield and they gave me two phone numbers to recommended places to have it fixed, which was much appreciated.

Rear axle housing arrived earlier than anticipated and was installed promptly. Truck was only down for a week which was better than I expected. Everything from the estimate to the final bill was right on par, no surprises. Silverlake Automotive was very professional. We have four vehicles in our family and we'll be bringing them to Silverlake for repairs.

Great customer service that you can trust and they stand behind their work. I had an issue with the part they replaced and they fixed it and went the extra mile. No high pressure sells on work that you can have done either. They tell you if it can wait and what is critical.
