I am very pleased with Silver Lake and the work they did to my truck. Their whole process was very nice. They got my truck in, did a full inspection, then sent me a full list of everything that was wrong with my truck and they followed that up with a phone call. I was able to make the best decision as to whether I needed to buy a new truck or repair mine because I knew the full extent of the problems with my truck. I really liked that aspect of their business. They were very friendly, communicated well, and treated me with respect. They set the standard for auto repair. No chance I’d take my truck anywhere else.

Great team. Communication with clients is excellent. They stand behind their work. Always available to answer questions and always return calls in a timely manner. Honest and thorough in their diagnostics, and very helpful to me and my family members in prioritizing work to be done when needed repairs are complicated or extensive. Everyone is very patient, even with the occasional exasperating customer. Over the last seven years we have had many vehicles with a variety of issues served by Silverlake, from a new engine to an oil change. We’ve come to look at Eric, Nicki, and the team as friends.
