My tire had a screw in it and was very low and they discovered were at the wear bar, therefore, could not be fixed. Jamie at Post Falls shop ordered me new tires immediately and gave me a ride home as they were worried about me having a blow out. My new tires arrived the next day and were installed by Sam. I was very grateful they did a rush on my tires and installed the next day. My car rides very smooth and I have no worries. The service was great, friendly and prompt. I've been taking my vehicles to Silverlake for numerous years -- they've serviced ~6 different vehicles for us. I love that they keep me up to date on what my vehicle needs via a comprehensive digital inspection (including pictures) whenever I get my oil changed, rate any items needing attention so I can plan well in advance and prioritize services, and do it all with a smile. They take the time to answer any questions in detail (and I generally have a lot), and I've never felt they were trying to upsell me on services. I'm located close to their shop so they have a courtesy shuttle, which is also very convenient. You'll also notice the price on their full synthetic oil change -- a lower price than the much less experienced folks at Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, etc. with FAR better service as it includes the comprehensive inspection (with photos), which is emailed/tex'd to you before you even get the call your vehicle is complete. I'm also loving their new Rewards program with the roadside assistance.

The wheel bearing on my truck was questionable, so I pull the trigger on the repair. The team at Silverlake does a vehicle diagnostic each time you come in for routine service and it can find areas of your vehicle you can plan to have repaired through out the year.
