Nicci was great to work with when I brought my car in for an oil change and to do the 30k mile check up. I wasn’t sold on anything not needed, heck! They didn’t try to sell my anything! I really appreciated that and would recommend them to others!

We’ve been going to Silverlake for over 5 years now. Eric and Nikki always go above and beyond to take care of us, and we wouldn’t trust our vehicles with anyone else. It’s refreshing to have people working the front desk who are actually knowledgeable about the industry they’re involved with. That’s a rare quality in business these days, and it’s a major reason we keep coming back even though we live an hour away now.

Went to get my oil changed and made an appointment, went in on my lunch break and the staff said it would be about an hour, which is more time than I had, so they moved some stuff and got another mechanic on it and finished it in 20 minutes! These people are amazing and will take great care of you!
