I had a really great experience at Silverlake Automotive! I called a few different shops for an alignment before I contacted Silverlake and was quoted higher prices and wait times 2 weeks out. Then I called Silverlake and got the absolute best price and was able to schedule an appointment that same week (3 days later). Their customer service was amazing and some of the nicest people in the industry. I will definitely be back to their shop for their services in the future. They will be the first place I call from now on! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using their services!

Eric and the ladies at the front desk always Greet you with a smile. They did work on my truck and after doing the work we ran into other problems that was not their fault Eric and I have been talking through email to help me fix the issue. While I was in talking to Eric about different options jake came out and took the time to talk about the issue and also go over options. One option they where willing to swallow the cost of labor I choose to go a different rout and Eric’s done the calling around for me. They could have sent me on my way instead they chose to help me solve a different issue even if it doesn’t mean they make money off it.
