Went to get my oil changed and made an appointment, went in on my lunch break and the staff said it would be about an hour, which is more time than I had, so they moved some stuff and got another mechanic on it and finished it in 20 minutes! These people are amazing and will take great care of you!

Fred did an expertise job explaining in detail what auto parts were needed to fix my car, gave me an itemized invoice of th auto parts and cost. Fred opened the hood of my car to show me all the new auto parts that were installed. Fred is extremely integrious, professional knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend my family and friends to take their cars to get repaired at Silverlake Automotive in Post Falls.
