Fantastic customer service!I absolutely love nicci! That and getting an email WITH pictures detailing what they found and also pictures of additional areas of concern,she walks you through all of it! And in terms I could understand!! She also emailed me a price breakdown with areas of highest concern etc. so I could pick and choose what I wanted to start working on first! They were incredible! fantastic job on my car! I'm beyond happy start to finish! I recommend for ANYONE whether it's for an oil change or a tune up or for any more serious concerns!!! First time ever I actually liked and enjoyed an experience with an auto shop!
