tThese guys really know how to quickly and efficiently take care of my 1996 Ford Explorer - even though it is 24 years old. Eric was right on the spot with updates and fairness with the bill, and now my wife says she will be bringing her Hyundai into Silverlake when it is in need of really good professional care.

Nikki is anpretty great lady and so are the technicians. Quality customer service. Prices are pretty good.

Service is excellent and lobby is clean with very fresh coffee! Their staff does an excellent job of communicating the status of your repair.

Nikki and Eric researched and found a solution to an issue with our rotor that was causing nothing but trouble for us. Seemed these teensie little screens clogged and caused the rotor to fail. We were very impressed with how they truly guarantee the parts they install. We had the issue 2 times since the part was installed- and each time they were more than willing to research and find a true root cause to the issue. At no additional cost to us. We are very impressed with professionalism and sincerity of both Nikki and Eric. Thanks for the great experience.

After calling the Coeur d' Alene shop and receiving less than professional service from the lady who answered the phone, we decided to call the Post Falls shop based on the good reviews. Eric was extremely helpful and very professional. We will skip the Coeur d' alene shop and be taking our truck to Post Falls instead.
