Great service and pretty quick too. I didn't even have to bring my truck in. They came and picked it up for a fair price and did all the necessary work needed to get the vehicle running smoothly. I usually take my cars to the CDA location. I was driving my Astro Van with 198,000 miles up I-90 when it started to make a noise and lost power. I limped it to the new Post Falls location. It was almost close of business. I was greeted by Nikki who took my information and gave me a cold soda while I waited for my ride. For the next three days, Nikki called me up first thing to let me know what diagnosis they had done and to get authorization for the next step. On the third morning I got the bad news that my engine had destroyed itself. The van wasn't worth fixing. Bad news for sure but old mechanical things break. Nikki had some contacts at a wrecking yard and I even got a few bucks for the van. The only negative thing about this experience is that now I have to deal with a car salesman. Too bad Silverlake doesn't sell cars!!

Sad to see Nate was not there, but Nicci was awesome. I paid a little bit more than another "tire store" but I have confidence in Silver Lake that I received premium parts, warranty, and service. Nicci went above and beyond to check on my warranty and saved me quite a bit of money as well. Always an A+ experience when I need some work done.
