After calling the Coeur d' Alene shop and receiving less than professional service from the lady who answered the phone, we decided to call the Post Falls shop based on the good reviews. Eric was extremely helpful and very professional. We will skip the Coeur d' alene shop and be taking our truck to Post Falls instead. Thank you Eric for showing us the professionalism that we read about online.

Again, I have to shout out to the staff at Silverlake Automotive in Post Falls. Not only was I able to make an appointment online (love it!) but they were able to accommodate my need on the day that was the most convenient for me to drop my car off! My "Check engine" light came on over the weekend and my car was repaired by mid-week! Nicci advised that the car would need to remain overnight so that a thorough job could be done. Communication and great customer service is what this company is all about! There is a plaque on the wall that indicates the Code of Ethics that drives the way they do business and "customer satisfaction" is at the top of the list. I love doing business with someone who values their customers above profit!

As always, work was done in a timely manor. No complaints.

Used their used car inspection services. Set up an account and the seller of the car was able to drop off the vehicle on their schedule. Easy to work with and we received a very detailed report. They included estimates to repair any of the issues found with the vehicle. Helpful when making an offer on a used car. Would definitely recommend their services based on our experiences.
