Sad to see Nate was not there, but Nicci was awesome. I paid a little bit more than another "tire store" but I have confidence in Silver Lake that I received premium parts, warranty, and service. Nicci went above and beyond to check on my warranty and saved me quite a bit of money as well. Always an A+ experience when I need some work done.

Amazing service! They worked with me to get unexpected repairs completed NEXT DAY. The truck had safety issues that needed to be repaired before we towed our camper trailer. They ended up saving me a bunch of money because they ended up not having to repair an item that was listed on the estimate. They will definitely be keeping my business. Oh and, they have a 3 or 4 year (?) warranty on the repairs so I have peace of mind driving our 20 year old truck.
