I usually take my cars to the CDA location. I was driving my Astro Van with 198,000 miles up I-90 when it started to make a noise and lost power. I limped it to the new Post Falls location. It was almost close of business. I was greeted by Nikki who took my information and gave me a cold soda while I waited for my ride. For the next three days, Nikki called me up first thing to let me know what diagnosis they had done and to get authorization for the next step. On the third morning I got the bad news that my engine had destroyed itself. The van wasn't worth fixing. Bad news for sure but old mechanical things break. Nikki had some contacts at a wrecking yard and I even got a few bucks for the van. The only negative thing about this experience is that now I have to deal with a car salesman. Too bad Silverlake doesn't sell cars!!
