The name I'm posting under is an alias because the work you did is under warranty and I don't want my truck ruined for leaving a truthful review. Nikki did the intake for a left side valve gasket replacement. 25000 miles later it started running real rough and leaking again. I went to talk with Nikki again about the leak on the left side. She quoted me an amount, I've forgotten the exact amount, for doing the left side AND right side valve gasket; even though the right side was not leaking. When I told her it was under warranty, she said OH WELL WE'LL ONLY DO THE LEFT SIDE THEN!!!! Only doing the left side that was leaking is fine but then why try to fraudulently charge for both sides then?

I'm very pleased with the repair work done. We have had multiple vehicle in and are happy with ask they have done. Thanks!

Nicci was very helpful, professional, and personable throughout the entire process; she made arrangements for towing, advised my wife when to expect the tow truck, advised me concerning diagnosis and repair costs, and notified me when the ol' Jeep was ready to go. Even though the parts had to be ordered, she had it ready the day after I initially spoke with her. Now that's what I call great customer service!
