This facility has very professional people, excellent customer service and comprehensive assessments done - we took our 2012 GMC Canyon in for a transmission issue. We received an in-depth explanation of the work that was done and why. We are very satisfied- in fact, I referred a friend to talk with the folks at Silverlake about her transmission issues based on our experience!

Rear wheel bearings on my 97 Subaru is an very difficult replacement process. After finding some you-tube videos on how to replace, I decided to have Silverlake do the job, which need special pressing tools and an air pressure hammer. Nicci and I spoke of this process and she was well aware of it. Nicci keep me informed as the work went on. I was very pleased with Silverlake!

I had such a great experience at Silverlake Automotive. The staff was warm and friendly the minute I walked in. The service was excellent. The price was outstanding! I was amazed at how easy and inexpensive it was to get some things fixed that I had been putting off because I was worried about cost.
