Fantastic service! I was passing thru Post Falls & needed work done. They were able get me in next day. Work done in 1 day. Very honest. What initially looked like it was going to cost $1600 +, they were able to fix for just over $400. Also working in conjunction with NAPA, there is a 3 year warranty, reciprocal in all states. Facility is clean, comfortable if waiting. Service managers very nice, respectful, courteous, & helpful.

Always friendly & helpful. When I arrived, I requested to have my tires rotated in addition to the oil/filter change I had the appointment for. They told me "no problem". I was especially please with the patience of the young man who was the driver who delivered me home & back to the shop. He was extremely polite & well-mannered.

Another great repair experience with Silver Lake Automotive. Friendly knowledgeable staff that communicated what was wrong with our vehicle, the cost of repair, as well as AAA discounts. The name I'm posting under is an alias because the work you did is under warranty and I don't want my truck ruined for leaving a truthful review. Nikki did the intake for a left side valve gasket replacement. 25000 miles later it started running real rough and leaking again. I went to talk with Nikki again about the leak on the left side. She quoted me an amount, I've forgotten the exact amount, for doing the left side AND right side valve gasket; even though the right side was not leaking. When I told her it was under warranty, she said OH WELL WE'LL ONLY DO THE LEFT SIDE THEN!!!! Only doing the left side that was leaking is fine but then why try to fraudulently charge for both sides then?
