Even when I was feeling despondent for this unexpected turn of events, the mechanics at Silverlake Auto assured me that they will replace the engine and have my SUV to me as soon as the work was done. And they delivered as promised. A special shout out to Nate and the rest of the mechanics for their diligence and their fine customer service. Amazing automotive repair shop! They really seemed to care about fixing the actual problem rather than just throwing parts and money at it. They did great diagnostic to track down the real issue. They were also able to find and repair a problem that three other mechanics said did not exist! Great customer service as well and promptly called me with updates on my repair. Would recommend to everyone!
