We used Silverlake Automotive for the first time. We were very pleased with their service, not only in terms the actual problems with our Ford truck, but in working with their personnel. They communicated well and promptly, and were personable, courteous, and friendly. Their shop is immaculate. They recommended some additional items, but they explained the reasons for the recommendations, and did not try to push them on us. Based on this experience, we will be using their services in the future.

While on vacation I heard clunking noise coming from the front of my truck took it over to silverlake auto they got it into the shop right away. I had my truck back in a day fixed right also they noticed few minor problems and had it fixed before I arrived would recommend them

I had Silverlake Automotive redo work from another CDA owner competitor. We finally got our brakes done correctly without any squeaking on our aToyota HighLander brakes. They showed us the rotors which were not ground smoothly and were the cause of the noise. I appreciated that after two tries with another Auto Shop. It was repaired that afternoon, and done correctly for less money by Silverlake. They also adjusted my fan belt to take the starting squeal out of that. I would highly recommend them!
