I have grown up terrified of the unknown. Specifically: automobiles. I think most people have a healthy terror about mechanics being untrustworthy, so it's always an anxiety-riddled occasion when my dad (when I was a kid) or my hubby can't fix certain things with our vehicles. After a LOT of trials with other mechanics, I can finally honestly attest that we feel trust for Silverlake. This is a hard thing to come by, as aforementioned. But we do. They fixed our (sorry, I don't know the tech stuff, but our oil pressure gauge was faulty) - called me periodically to make sure we were apprised of what was occurring, asked if they could authorize more time for diagnosis, and then fixed our problem with our Ford Raptor. What really made me even more settled was that they sent us a complete report of suggestions for what we might want to consider repairing or checking soon or in the future, COMPLETE WITH PICTURES. I just feel like this company KNOWS that people like me are so skeptical and scared and they want to assuage that concern and dagnabbit, I'm assuaged :) I highly recommend this service center and we will continue to service our 4 vehicles here.
