I may be co-owner, but I'm a customer first! My motto is how would I like to be treated for my automotive work.....in turn that is how we treat others. Honesty in the automotive industry is number one for us!! We train our staff very highly on that one thing, if they can't be honest they are not working with our customers. If you as a customer feel Silverlake is not being honest with you, please by all means contact us, don't leave a review stating it about us or hide from us. We really strive to make a difference in automotive repair. Silverlake Automotive will strive to be the best as long as Will and Rebecka Sando are owning it! We will take care of you to the best of our ability!

Silverlake Automotive recently performed scheduled maintenance needed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was done well, timely and affordable. I will always trust this business and their integrity in doing business. They are always upfront with what my car needs and what can wait. They work with my budget. I appreciate the friendly staff and service advisor- Nate. The facility is new, clean and has free wifi, and refreshments. Thank you Silverlake!

I needed to get snow tires put on my work vehicle as fast as possible. Even though the shop was backed up two days, they squeezed me in the same day and got it done. I appreciate the willingness to help me out!

I have two vehicles, both of which I consistently have serviced at Silverlake Automotive. Their customer service is top notch and they don't try to upsell you on services you don't need. I've never had a bad experience.

Everything handled as one would expect from a AAA-Approved Automotive Service Center. If something needed to be readdressed, it was done quickly and fairly. I will be coming back to Silverlake for all of my automobile servicing needs. Much thanks to Albert an Nate at the front desk, too.
